Project Description
This project focuses on linking the anatomical definitions of the Harvard Oxford Atlas and related work in the monkety with the neuronames nomenclature and ontology.
Objective
- Map neuronames nomenclature to HOA labeling convention
- Discuss how does/can neuronames capture connectivity
- Discuss how does/can neuronames establish cross-species homologies
